In some cases, yes. If the service superintendent determines that the damage was the result of direct contact with a township vehicle, the mailbox will be repaired or replaced by the township. However, if the superintendent determines that the facts do not clearly indicate the damage was a result of direct contact with a township vehicle, no further action will be taken and the repair/replacement shall be the responsibility of the property owner(s). Please submit a support ticket, selecting "snow removal" to request a mailbox inspection.
